Currently, the Company RIVONA owns 110 shopping centre buildings in various Lithuanian cities, as well as other commercial real estate, which the Company leases to NORFOS MAŽMENA, UAB and other companies in the country. The total area of the real estate premises amounts to 400,000 sq. m, of which about 75,000 sq. m is occupied by the production, commercial and administrative premises of the VINGIS complex in Vilnius, Savanorių Ave 176B.
Among the Company’s RIVONA properties, the big shopping centres stand out for their uniqueness. They were built according to a new concept, focusing not only on the functionality of the stores, but also on an aesthetically appealing, individual design for each outlet:
- One of the largest shopping centres in Šiauliai are BRUKLINAS (approx. 33,000 sqm) and TILŽĖ (approx. 32,000 sqm);
- Nbazė in Vilnius (approx. 23,000 sqm);
- The largest shopping centre in Ukmergė is EIFELIS (approx. 13,000 sqm);
- Shopping centre EIFELIS in Mažeikiai (approx. 13,000 sqm);
- HYPER NORFA in Klaipėda, Priestočio Str., and in Vilnius, Kalvarijų Str. (approx. 9,000 sqm);
- NORFA XXL supermarkets in Kaunas (Šiaurės Avenue), Telšiai (Gedimino Str.), Šiauliai (Išradėjų Str.), Jonava (Žeimių Str.) and Vilnius (Ukmergės Str.), each of which is about 7-8 thousand sq. m.
NORFA’s shopping centres of various formats in smaller Lithuanian cities – Telšiai, Ignalina, Molėtai, Anykščiai, or the newly built shopping centre of almost 5,000 sqm in Švenčionys, which is going to be the largest centre of attraction of the whole region, are particularly attractive for tenants.
Not only small retailers supplementing NORFA’s assortment, but also large chains such as JYSK, Pepco, SINSAY, DEICHMANN, EUROKOS, AVITELA, AUTOAIBĖ and many others opt to take up renting retail space near NORFA.
